How it works

- We will send you the return instructions
- Send the product back to us according to these instructions
Conditions
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
The product must be complete and, as far as reasonably possible, in its original condition.
The product may only have been used to determine whether you want to keep it.
Damage or use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction in value.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the nature of the product as a composed kit, all components must be present when returned.
Processing
Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by email.
Processing and reimbursement will take place within 14 days.
